In its seventh year in a row, Hospitality Services’ Beirut Cooking Festival will take place at Biel for three days, starting November 16.
This event is a melting pot for gastronomy, wines, beers and spirits, in addition to top celebrity chefs. The show caters to all businesses in the food and drink sectors, from small producers to big brands. Retailers will be able to exhibit and promote their products and target our discerning food loving audience.
Apart from numerous workshops the show will include the Chefs’ Theatre where celebrity chefs will cook live and will be giving their best recipes, advices and tips. It will also include beverage and lifestyle at the Taste & Flavors stand with informative sessions with etiquette consultants, designers, foodservice experts, dieticians, mixologists and wine experts. It will also bring the Cookery School and Food Lovers’ Kitchen, where participants will learn how to recreate culinary masterpieces in a relaxed environment. The Librairie Gourmande will bring a wide selection of cookbooks and book signings by famous cooks and authors will be held at the special section.
The show is bringing together under one roof over 100 exhibitors in various fields, including accessories and utensils, kitchen equipment, and F&B, among others and is anticipating over 10,000 visitors.
