Kempinski Summerland Hotel and Resort, one of Lebanon’s iconic five-star luxury hotels and beach resorts launched, in November 2018, its new ‘Home Cooking’ concept. Pier 78, a Mediterranean eatery, will be offering guests the country’s very first Lebanese Sunday buffet inspired by different villages throughout Lebanon. Building on the original skills and age-old recipes of the country’s older generations, Executive Chef Georges Mansour, will be heading the restaurant’s outlets and banqueting services. He will prepare different home cooked culinary experiences each Sunday. The dishes offer the best of Lebanese food and come with a European tastes and flavors twist.
