This year, M de Noir was selected at the Salon du Chocolat Paris 2019 among the best 25 chocolatiers in the world. Founded by Lebanese native Maya Maalouf Kanaan, M de Noir offers an assortment of noble confections made with grand chocolates and opulent ingredients and crafted with the utmost care.

Having acquired the know-how at the prestigious schools of Ritz Escoffier and Valrhona*, Kanaan invites the refined and sophisticated gourmets to share her passion and melt in her unique universe of aromas and flavors.

Salon du Chocolat, is the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate. It presents and celebrates chocolate in all its forms: gourmet, gastronomic, artistic and cultural. The event brings together 500 professionals and more than 200 European and international chocolate makers in Paris. An opportunity for visitors to discover this year’s chocolate trends and to buy some of the most refined products within a special setting. The fair, is also a meeting place for all those gourmets who, thanks to the master-chocolatiers, will be able to enjoy discovering the traditions and knowledge which hides behind chocolate making. Every culture has its own clever ideas and talents for enhancing chocolate. And everyone will be invited to join in with chocolate tastings! This year’s event celebrates the trade show’s 25th anniversary.
