Deutsche Hospitality is pursuing its international expansion policy with a new property in the KSA: The IntercityHotel Riyadh Malaz. With this opening, the brand portfolio has grown to include 10 countries.
The Middle East is one of the main focuses of Deutsche Hospitality’s expansion activities. The group is already represented on the Arabian Peninsula with the Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay in Dubai and the IntercityHotel Salalah in Oman. The opening of the IntercityHotel Riyadh Malaz in Saudi Arabia increases the brand’s presence in the region to three countries.
The IntercityHotel Riyadh Malaz offers 82 rooms and four suites, in addition to a lounge and a café. The main restaurant is situated on the roof. A roof top swimming pool with an adjoining bar is also available, as well as a gym.
Two further hotels are currently at the development stage in Oman: The IntercityHotel Nizwa (scheduled to open in November 2019) and the IntercityHotel Muscat (to launch in Q1 2020). The IntercityHotel Jaddaf Waterfront is also under construction in Dubai, and will be ready to receive its first guests before the end of Q1 2019.Add to Favorites
