Annie Keropian-Dilsizian is an American-Lebanese resident of Beirut with over 15 years of experience in the US and the Middle East. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she studied journalism and public relations in Southern California and pursued a career in the entertainment industry. Having left the PR world in Hollywood, where she worked on Academy Awards campaigns, she settled in Beirut and continued to utilize her creative writing expertise for local advertising campaigns. Her passion for food led her to the largest hospitality events company in the region, Hospitality Services - the organizers of the HORECA trade show in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan, as well as Salon Du Chocolat, Beirut Cooking Festival, Whisky Live and other regional shows. She is currently the editor of two of the company's publications - Hospitality News Middle East and Taste & Flavors. She loves and lives her profession every day and does it with great passion.
