The Coastal Village will be home to 14,000 employees from The Red Sea Project community when the first phase of the destination opens.

The five-star JA Beach Hotel accompanies the new JA Lake View Hotel (opening September 22nd) and the Mediterranean villa suites of JA Palm Tree Court to become Dubai’s Largest Experience Resort.
The first property will be a spa resort with 30 luxurious tents. The second resort will highlight Al Ula’s nature, while the third will explore the desert ranch.
Massimiliano (Max) Zanardi has been named General Manager, Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai and Sergio Pereira has been named General Manager, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in Morocco.
