HORECA Jordan 2019 awards InterContinental Hotel


InterContinental Jordan Hotel collected ten achievement medals and certificates from HORECA Jordan, the region’s largest annual meeting place for both the hospitality and F&B service industries covering countries of the Levant region.

The achievement medals awarded to InterContinental Jordan Hotel included from the kitchen team; Chef Majd Shalabia who received a gold medal for the Jordanian cuisine specialty and a silver medal for hygiene, Chef Amjad Hdeab collected a silver medal for seafood dishes & a gold medal for hygiene, Chef Hassan Amera awarded a silver medal for three-plated dessert dishes, Chef Amer Ghalyhe received a certificate for wedding cake designs and Chef Majd Abu Gharieb for Burger plates specialty.

In addition, InterContinental’s service team namely Muayad Hamada received a certificate of Art of Service and Haithem Mohamad a silver medal. And in the House Keeping Bed Competition, Mhamoud Awad won a gold medal, Wessam Sami a silver one and Khalil Jamal a bronze one.
