Phoenicia Hotel aims at producing safe food to its guests by providing a focus on existing food safety management activities, processes and regulatory requirements. Safety is strictly monitored from the initial step of purchasing raw material, receiving through preparation, cooking/baking, cooling, reheating and holding until dispatching of finished food items.
