The project will bring 389 rooms and suites. It will also feature five food and drink outlets, as well as a gym, a spa, and pools. The hotel will also be home to three meeting rooms.
The flagship property in the region will open its doors in the coming summer along the banks of the Dubai Creek, minutes away from Burj Khalifa.
Thirteen stations showcased cheese-based recipes from all over the world including countries from Italy, Arabic, Greece, India, Switzerland and South America.
Visitors can expect RED signatures such as laid back service for an easy atmosphere, and multiple social hubs throughout the hotel.
The show brought together the industry’s newest and most advanced products and technologies to a global audience of professionals.
