Representing the brand’s Omani debut and the second country in the Middle East region, the Avani Muscat Hotel will be set in Seeb.

It will be the Group’s second Radisson hotel in the Emirate, bringing its UAE portfolio to 24 hotels in operation and under development.
The newly rebranded property is the company’s second branded property in Dubai and its third in the United Arab Emirates.
The new-build beachfront resort will be situated at a Blue Flag beach east of Limassol, one of the island’s most cosmopolitan cities.
The hotel is expected to start welcoming guests by 2024 and is the brand’s first property in Morocco and North Africa. It will have158 rooms.
The resort will include apartment options for short and long-stay guests, membership packages and benefits, a grand pool and children’s pool.
In the coming year, Ascott will also mark its maiden venture into Morocco, introducing Citadines Racine Casablanca to the country’s largest city in H2 2021.
