It will be the Group’s second Radisson hotel in the Emirate, bringing its UAE portfolio to 24 hotels in operation and under development.

The project will bring 389 rooms and suites. It will also feature five food and drink outlets, as well as a gym, a spa, and pools. The hotel will also be home to three meeting rooms.
The project is due to open in Q4 2022. It will have 280 serviced apartments, a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant and one specialty restaurant.
