Third virtual cooking competition by The Emirates Culinary Guild announced

The Emirates Culinary Guild and the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council launched a Virtual Cooking Competition for every GCC National. There will be four different categories where US Chicken and US Turkey will be used. 

Chef Uwe Micheel, president of the Emirates Culinary Guild and Culinary adviser for Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek explained that the competitors will have to share a video or a photo of their favorite dish using US chicken or US turkey dish. The competitors are encouraged to cook their country’s traditional dish. All the videos will be posted in Emirates Culinary Guild YouTube channel. The views and the likes of the public will be part of the judging criteria.

A total of 40 winners in four different classes will win multiple prizes, including trophies, books, knives and cash prizes for the winners.

Competitors must be GCC residents but can be from different nationalities. The competition was launched on August 13 and registration will be open until September 2.
