Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre partners with Misk Skills

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre has joined forces with Misk Skills to welcome 20 interns and aspiring managers for hands-on training and skill development toward rewarding careers in hospitality, thus giving the next generation of hotel talent a major boost in the capital of Saudi Arabia.

The hotel, which is regarded as Riyadh’s premier luxury destination, supports Misk Foundation’s goal of teaching and developing Saudis’ youth leadership skills to safeguard the kingdom’s future.
For young Saudis looking to advance their careers, Misk Foundation offers a variety of programs, including entrepreneurship, career development and leadership training.
Leading the way in upscale hospitality in Saudi Arabia, the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh provides an excellent environment for interns and managers in training joining the program through Misk Skills Traineeships to learn about the Four Seasons art of anticipatory service while serving visitors who have traveled the globe and encountered various cultures.
With three- to six-month placements in supervisory or senior in information technology, finance, purchasing, customer experience, restaurants and cafés, and hospitality, the hotel is offering applicants from Misk Skills access to a variety of specialties.
Although Misk Skills handles all pre-interviews using the hotel management’s criteria it leaves the final decision up to Four Seasons thus ensuring that the hotel only hires the best interns in Saudi Arabia.
Those who make the cut will be part of a rewarding operation and an interesting internship program.
“Teaming with Misk Skills to staff interns and managers-in-training is an important opportunity that we are glad to partake in. Our department heads believe it to be rewarding it as it helps them share the skills they have acquired as part of the Four Seasons family. Whether they end up part of our team or not, we find it is extremely rewarding be a part of KSA’s tourism and luxury hospitality growth,” stated Guenter Gebhard, regional VP and GM of Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.
