Hamra First, a new USD 6 million F&B cluster, is coming to Jeddah city

A new restaurant cluster concept called ‘Hamra First’  is currently under development in Jeddah, KSA. Excavation works have already started. The project will be ready by next year. The project is owned by Ruwad Development Company, which is focusing on the F&B sector and is developing a couple of projects in line with Saudi Arabia Vision 2030.

The USD 6 million project will have around 25 restaurants, a movie theater, retail shops and ‘Manuel’, a premium supermarket. The concept was designed by SK-Touch Interior Design Studio, owned by interior architect Sara Khairallah, who specializes in the design of F&B outlets.
