During the General Assembly of the 22^nd World Forum of AMFORHT – the World Association for Training in Hotels and Tourism, Philippe François, international expert in tourism, specialist in the sustainable development for the hotel industry, president of Francois-Tourisme-Consultants, was re-elected as president of AMFORHT for a term of four years. The Board of Directors (32 members) and the Executive Board (seven members) were also renewed.

Hélène Verdet has been confirmed in her position of general delegate.

Created in 1969 by the World Tourism Organization, AMFORHT aims to bring together hotel schools, universities, hotel groups, and experts, from around the world around the theme of ‘Man and Training’ in the hotel industry and tourism.
