Global Snacks, a Lebanese factory that will produce flour and grain-based food products, including cereal bars with rice and oats, will be establishing its plant in Ferzol, Bekaa. It is chaired by Abdallah Daher, who’s also the owner of Poppins, a cereal factory, and a subsidiary of Daher International Food Company. The investment in the project is valued at USD 10 million and provides 92 job opportunities.

IDAL has provided the project with an incentive package including a full income tax exemption, a reduction of construction license fees, in addition to a full exemption from registration fees and work permits of all categories for foreign employees.
