IHG Hotels & Resorts signs EVEN Hotel Dammam, bringing its lifestyle wellness-focused brand to the Middle East for the first time.

As one of the few brands in its segment, EVEN Hotels’ Middle East debut will completely redefine what “travel well” means. Consequently, the brand is tailored through deep regional research and shaped by how today’s traveler integrates wellness into everyday life.

EVEN Hotels reimagines wellness as fulfilling, inclusive, and effortlessly personal for every guest and every moment of their stay. Whether energizing, unwinding or resetting, guests have freedom to choose — thanks to in-room zones, craveable cuisine and modern recreational facilities. Moreover, vibrant social spaces will blend seamlessly with wellness amenities, allowing each guest to curate their stay around personal well-being.

What to expect at EVEN Hotel Dammam

Designed for travelers who seek a full, rewarding life, EVEN Hotel Dammam becomes a “third space” for balance and connection. In fact, this lifestyle destination adapts fluidly to guest needs — blending productivity, rest, and social energy in dynamic harmony. Additionally, each room features a signature wellness zone, offering options like in-room fitness gear or tranquil corners for deep relaxation. Guests may also enjoy high-performance workouts at Athletic Studio with zones for strength, cardio and physical recovery rituals. Furthermore, the Soul Studio supports mindful movement through yoga and breathwork, while the spa encourages rejuvenation and total relaxation. Dining options range from nutrient rich to indulgent; meanwhile, social spaces flow between connection, quiet and creative productivity. Inspired by biophilic design principles, EVEN Hotel Dammam offers lifestyle-led stays that help guests remain attuned to personal wellness rhythms.

The hotel, with 300 keys, is scheduled to open its doors in January 2029, marking a regional milestone for IHG. Conveniently located in King Abdullah Civic Center, the hotel offers direct access to government offices, culture, and commercial zones. Indeed, EVEN Hotel Dammam will reinforce the area’s fast-growing status as a key civic, cultural and business hub in Saudi Arabia.

Haitham Mattar, MD, IHG Hotels & Resorts, India, Middle East & Africa, said: “We are proud to be launching our EVEN brand in the region with the signing of EVEN Hotel Dammam. Lifestyle has evolved into the ultimate differentiator in hospitality. Today’s travelers seek immersive, authentic experiences that resonate with their personal values, from innovative cuisine to meaningful connections. By bringing EVEN Hotels our region, we have reimagined wellness by seamlessly integrating it with lifestyle and creating a balance between holistic and active wellness, making it effortless and deeply personal.

Dammam, the Eastern Province’s commercial heart, offers immense potential for business and leisure travelers. With this signing, IHG continues to strengthen its presence in the Eastern region and align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 tourism and lifestyle ambitions. EVEN Hotel Dammam signing marks the launch of the brand in the Middle East and paves the way for further regional growth.

IHG currently operates 45 hotels across six brands in Saudi Arabia, with 47 hotels in the development pipeline set to open within the next three to five years.
