Mandarin Oriental introduces its first dedicated golf resort in Dubai: Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates. Set to open in 2030, the resort will provide guests and residents with an elevated, tranquil sanctuary escape.
The property will feature 121 elegantly designed rooms and suites, complemented by 97 branded residences ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. Each residence will include private amenities with exclusive access to lounges, fitness areas, swimming pools and versatile meeting spaces onsite.
Mandarin Oriental’s facilities and offerings
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental will serve as a wellness centerpiece, featuring signature treatments and immersive holistic wellbeing experiences. Nearly 5,000 square meters will be dedicated to wellbeing, including pools, meditation areas, a barber, salon and wellness-led programming. Furthermore, guests and residents can access worldclass golf amenities, including an 18-hole championship course, academy, driving range and advanced agronomy programs. Moreover, an extensive Golf Clubhouse will provide membership lounges, a pro shop, gym facilities, sports bar and locker rooms for enthusiasts. Beyond golf, the 7,000 square-meter Equestrian Centre will feature training facilities, stabling, retail, riding trails and indoor and outdoor arenas.
For families, the resort will include a fully serviced Kids’ Club and nursery with both indoor and outdoor entertainment options. Additionally, culinary experiences will shine across six dining venues, including Mandarin Oriental’s signature gastronomy concepts, clubhouse restaurants and a Halfway Hut. The property will also feature extensive meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom and outdoor venues, making it an exceptional gatherings destination.
Commenting on the project, Laurent Kleitman, group chief executive of Mandarin Oriental, voiced his enthusiasm. He said: “Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates represents an important milestone for the Group. This project, our first dedicated golf resort, highlights the strength of our partnership with Wasl.
