Franke launches the New A Line delivering coffee excellence for ME hospitality

Franke Coffee Systems introduces the New A Line, empowering hotels, restaurants and hospitality venues across the Middle East with exceptional coffee experiences.

Across the Middle East’s fast-growing hospitality landscape, expectations for premium coffee experiences continue rising as guests increasingly demand cafe-quality beverages everywhere. Moreover, operators face challenges including high staff turnover, varied skill levels and the pressure to consistently deliver quality across long hours. Therefore, meeting these evolving demands requires equipment that remains intuitive, intelligent and reliable throughout the busiest service periods in modern hospitality operations. This is where Franke Coffee Systems introduces the New A Line, designed to elevate beverage programs across hotels, restaurants and hospitality venues.

A new generation of Swiss engineering

Building on 10 years of proven success with the Classic A Line, the New A Line represents Franke’s next evolution. Additionally, it is designed and manufactured in Switzerland, uniting 40 years of expertise with advanced digital technologies and beverage innovations. Every detail reflects Franke’s engineering precision and its deep understanding of today’s high-volume hospitality environments across demanding regional markets.

The first two models, the new A600 and A800, cover full beverage menus with strong emphasis on consistent in-cup quality. Furthermore, the A800 supports parallel dispensing during peak hours, while the A600 excels in both operated and self-service areas. Either way, hospitality venues benefit from reliable, barista-level results that remain consistent throughout extended daily service periods.

“Our goal was designing a machine fitting any environment while ensuring ease, consistency and outstanding taste,” said Christof Hurni. Consequently, the New A Line becomes smarter, faster and more intuitive for operators than any previous Franke generation.

Consistent flavor and smart operation

At the core lies iQFlow, Franke’s patented extraction system, controlling the process in real time for stronger, balanced flavor profiles. Additionally, it ensures identical taste regardless of bean type, grind size or the experience level of rotating hospitality teams. The large touchscreen supports both operated and self-service modes, guiding users easily through every beverage preparation sequence. Moreover, preset recipes guarantee reliability and speed, allowing teams to stay fully focused on providing seamless guest service. FrankeOS anchors the digital ecosystem, powering the platform and enabling centralized control through FrankeConnect and the FrankeCloud. Furthermore, operators can manage recipes, monitor performance and deploy remote updates, benefiting hotel groups and multi-property operators.

Milk, foam and hygiene made simple

With IndividualMilk, the New A Line ensures flexibility with dairy and plant-based options through separate contamination-free milk lines. Additionally, the New FoamMaster produces exceptional textures, hot or cold, enabling tailored beverages even during peak service moments. The IndividualClean system automates internal cleaning cycles, with scheduling based on actual usage to maintain hygiene and reduce product consumption. Furthermore, this automation saves valuable time for venues operating long hours, supporting efficiency and consistent cleanliness. The HeatGuard boiler reduces heat loss with enhanced insulation, decreasing energy waste by up to 44 percent effectively.

Designed to fit every hospitality concept

With clean lines, durable materials and modular design, the New A Line seamlessly adapts to varied hospitality environments everywhere. Additionally, optional add-ons like cup warmers and payment systems allow customization for diverse operational requirements across venues. Blending beverage excellence with digital intelligence and ease of use, the New A Line empowers hospitality spaces to deliver exceptional coffee.
