Meanwhile, Xaver Gret adds a global perspective to the team. He has been newly appointed general delegate AMFORHT North America. Therefore, his responsibilities encompass regional representation. Additionally, he will advocate for AMFORHT in international bodies like the UN and UNWTO.

In a strategic move, Didier Argence assumes a crucial position as the finance head, shouldering the responsibility of managing the association’s finances. Argence’s overarching mission includes overseeing the collection of membership fees. He will collaborate with partner Colonna and spearhead fundraising endeavors across diverse institutions.

With a reinvigorated leadership team in place, AMFORHT will tackle ambitious goals head-on. The organization envisions positioning AMFORHT as a trailblazing NGO within the hospitality industry, rallying the support of its dedicated members and the board to collectively usher growth and success.

Strategic outlook

The newly formed board not only focuses on current appointments but also plans for future expansions. Furthermore, the organization will give special attention to coordinating relations with partner schools.

Future goals

With this strengthened team, AMFORHT expresses confidence in achieving ambitious goals. The organization aims to position AMFORHT as a leading NGO in the hospitality sector. The collaborative efforts of all members and the Board are crucial in realizing this vision.
