Dubai is preparing to welcome a groundbreaking hospitality landmark with the highly anticipated November 2025 opening of Ciel Dubai Marina. The 82-floor property will become the world’s tallest hotel and feature the highest infinity pool.

World’s tallest hotel 

Developed by The First Group and managed under IHG’s Vignette Collection, Ciel Dubai Marina redefines luxury hospitality through design, amenities, and experiences. Moreover, The Vignette Collection, IHG’s first collection brand, curates distinctive hotels that combine individuality with authenticity.

Haitham Mattar, managing director of IHG Hotels & Resorts India, ME and Africa, emphasized the milestone represented by the landmark. “When we launched Vignette Collection, our goal was to curate unique properties, and Ciel Dubai Marina epitomizes that extraordinary commitment,” said Mattar.

Architecturally striking with its “eye of the needle” design by award-winning firm Norr, Ciel Dubai Marina will comprise 1,004 luxurious rooms. Moreover, each room will feature floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views across Palm Jumeirah.

Guests will enjoy convenient access to Dubai Marina, nearby attractions like JBR beachfront, Bluewaters Island, and easy transport links including tram and metro. Furthermore, Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, expressed pride in delivering such an iconic project. “Ciel Dubai Marina represents a transformative development redefining upper-upscale hospitality while reflecting Dubai’s spirit of creativity, luxury, and innovation,” said Burns.

Ciel’s dining portfolio will feature eight unique venues, and importantly, each will combine immersive design with innovative cuisine from diverse traditions. To start, West 13 will celebrate Mediterranean vibrancy. Meanwhile, East 14 will highlight Asia’s culinary richness. In addition, Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery will bring local character through comforting café-style dishes, fresh pastries, and specialty coffee. Furthermore, Tattu, the award-winning modern Asian concept, will anchor the dining scene with dramatic interiors, multi-level experiences, and bold culinary artistry.

Beyond gastronomy, the hotel will feature a luxury spa providing transformative treatments while offering a panoramic gym with 24-hour access and advanced equipment. Additionally, guests will enjoy exclusive privileges at Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Furthermore, the hotel will offer family-friendly experiences such as engaging activities designed specifically for younger guests. Moreover, business travelers will appreciate Nest, as well as flexible high-tech meeting spaces with skyline views.
