Four Seasons is accelerating its growth in the Middle East with a strong hotel development pipeline across Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia: New hotels and destinations

Four Seasons is adding six hotels to its Saudi Arabian portfolio.

Key hotel projects include:

  • Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay: A wellness-focused coastal enclave offering spa treatments, fitness and cultural activities.

  • Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island: A regenerative tourism destination featuring desert landscapes, coral reefs and the Shura Links Clubhouse with Saudi Arabia’s first championship island golf course.

  • Four Seasons Hotel Madinah: Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, combining contemporary design with the heritage of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.

  • Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jeddah at the Corniche: A mixed-use coastal landmark with hotel rooms and serviced apartments.

  • Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah: Located in the heritage-led Diriyah development next to UNESCO-listed At-Turaif.

  • Four Seasons Resort NEOM at Sindalah: A luxury island resort blending Red Sea landscapes with cutting-edge technologies.

Through these new openings, Four Seasons reinforces its position as a global leader in luxury hospitality and experiential travel. Each hotel delivers signature service, immersive experiences and authentic connections with its destination.
