Marriott International, Inc. has signed an agreement to bring the iconic St. Regis brand to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.The agreement includes partners Miyar Alshati Real Estate Company, managed by Miyar Capital, Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company and Saud Al Arifi Group.
Expected to open in 2030, the project will feature a luxury hotel and branded residences in Jeddah’s coastal district. Indeed, the development will introduce St. Regis’ celebrated rituals, storied heritage, bespoke spirit and legendary butler service to the vibrant Red Sea city.

What to expect from St. Regis Jeddah
With 191 elegantly designed guestrooms, suites and serviced apartments that offer stunning views of the Red Sea, the hotel will feature five dining venues, including a signature restaurant and pool lounge for elevated culinary experiences. Guests can also enjoy premium wellness amenities, such as a spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool and personalized service throughout. Furthermore, the property will offer over 1,000 square meters of versatile space for meetings, celebrations and signature St. Regis gatherings.

Jeddah is a major urban center along the Red Sea and the second-largest city in Saudi Arabia after the capital, Riyadh. It is also a historical trade hub and the primary access point to the holy cities of Makkah and Medina.
The St. Regis Jeddah will rise within the 52-story U-View Tower, which is located on the city’s vibrant and scenic waterfront. The location offers breathtaking seaside views and proximity to attractions like King Fahd’s Fountain and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
