Legacy Hotels Holding and 7 Management signs of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This formalizes a long-term collaboration aimed at developing and scaling next-generation lifestyle hospitality, dining and entertainment destinations across the MENA region.

The agreement was signed by Abdulrahman Almoayed, co-founder and CIDO of Legacy Hotels Holding and Rabih Fakhreddine, founder and group CEO of 7 Management, during an official ceremony attended by senior leadership from both organizations. It marks a significant milestone in the region’s shift toward experience-led concepts beyond traditional hospitality. Moreover, the partnership sets a structured framework for joint expansion across high-growth tourism and lifestyle markets. As a result, both groups will collaborate closely on a pipeline of flagship and large-scale projects.

Developing lifestyle hospitality destinations in MENA

Under the MOU, both entities will align their respective strengths to meet growing regional demand. In particular, they will respond to demand for integrated, experience-led destinations across the region. Additionally, the collaboration combines Legacy’s investment, development and operational infrastructure with 7 Management’s internationally recognized lifestyle portfolio. Consequently, the partnership will accelerate growth and support immersive destinations beyond traditional hospitality models. Thus, it contributes to tourism diversification, destination branding, and the strengthening of local entertainment ecosystems.

The expansion efforts will focus on GCC markets, beginning with Bahrain. Furthermore, the expansion will extend across wider MENA geographies and emerging lifestyle hubs. The planned developments are expected to support job creation, talent development, and visitor attraction.

This aligns with national tourism strategies and broader economic diversification objectives.
