Legacy Hotels Holding expands into Egypt, marking a major milestone in regional growth strategy, with the launch of Golden Tulip Cairo Pyramids and Golden Tulip Sheikh Zayed City.
Overall, the group will introduce 411 keys across key destinations. Additionally, this dual development strategy targets both iconic landmarks and emerging hubs, significantly strengthening presence across Egypt’s evolving hospitality landscape.
Golden Tulip Sheikh Zayed City, developed with Makkah for Real Estate Developments, will feature 112 keys targeting business and leisure demand. Furthermore, the hotel sits within a mixed-use environment in Sheikh Zayed City, supporting one of Egypt’s fastest-growing urban corridors.
Meanwhile, Golden Tulip Cairo Pyramids, developed with Amaranto Real Estate Development Company, will feature 299 keys in Giza. Furthermore, the hotel is located directly in front of the Pyramids of Giza, enhancing Egypt’s positioning as a global tourism destination.
Abdulrahman K. Almoayed, chief investment & development officer at Legacy Hotels Holding commented on the milestone openings.
