Em Sherif enters a new expansion phase in Lebanon

Em Sherif is entering a major growth phase with two strategic launches that strengthen its position as a leading Lebanese hospitality brand. Moreover, the company is expanding into new categories while investing in large projects that aim to reshape the national dining landscape.

Em sherif’s global burger concept in Beirut

Em Sherif is preparing to introduce Em Sherif Burger, the brand’s first burger concept worldwide. Additionally, the new destination will open soon at Starco in Downtown Beirut, directly facing Em Sherif Deli. This step marks a strategic entry into the fast casual category while maintaining the precision and culinary standards associated with Em Sherif. Furthermore, the concept follows the successful launch of Em Sherif Hummus Bar in London, signaling broader evolution for the brand. This move shows how Lebanese hospitality brands are diversifying to meet changing consumer demand. As a result, industry observers view the launch as proof that homegrown operators can scale into multiple segments while preserving authentic identity.

Em Sherif culinary destination in Dbayeh

Em Sherif has also revealed its largest development yet, a 3,500-square-meter culinary destination opening in Dbayeh in Summer 2026. Moreover, this ambitious destination showcases long-term investment in Lebanon’s hospitality sector and highlights the brand’s confidence in the local market. The new destination will gather more than one Em Sherif concept. Additionally, the walkable place will blend tradition with modern experiences to create an immersive culinary and lifestyle hub. The goal is to attract families, travelers and food lovers seeking refined Lebanese culture. While many operators look internationally, Em Sherif is reinforcing its commitment to Lebanon through large-scale investment that supports future industry growth. Em Sherif Dbayeh is expected to boost tourism appeal, generate jobs and set a new regional benchmark for destination dining.

Once complete, the culinary destination will stand as a flagship attraction redefining Lebanon’s dining scene. With the upcoming burger launch and the landmark Dbayeh project, Em Sherif is shaping the next chapter of Lebanese hospitality through innovation and expansion.
