Four new Marriott hotels to open in Saudi Arabia

Marriott International will open four new hotels in Saudi Arabia, adding more than 2,700 rooms across key religious cities. 

The new hotel openings will strengthen hospitality supply in Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, supporting growing tourism demand nationwide. The projects will operate under JW Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Element Hotels and Four Points Flex by Sheraton. Collectively, these openings highlight continued hotel development momentum across Saudi Arabia’s expanding religious and commercial destinations.

JW Marriott Jeddah

JW Marriott Jeddah will enhance the city’s luxury hospitality landscape along the prominent Jeddah Corniche waterfront district. Furthermore, the hotel will feature premium rooms and suites, alongside diverse dining venues and comprehensive leisure facilities. Moreover, guests can expect a fitness center, swimming pool and modern meeting spaces for business travelers.

Four Points by Sheraton in Makkah and Madinah

Four Points by Sheraton Shesha, Makkah will introduce 1,030 rooms near Masjid Al Haram. Similarly, Four Points by Sheraton Madinah King Fahd Road will offer 800 rooms close to Masjid Al Nabawi. Both hotels will provide contemporary comfort, practical amenities and accessible dining concepts for pilgrims and visitors. Additionally, each property will include meeting facilities, fitness centers and the brand’s signature beverage program.

Element Madinah Sultana Road

Element Madinah Sultana Road will add 136 keys to the city’s evolving hospitality offering. The hotel will feature modern guest rooms, wellness focused amenities and flexible spaces designed for today’s travelers.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madinah Hijrah Road

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madinah Hijrah Road will mark the brand’s debut in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the 450 room hotel will deliver streamlined comfort and efficient service in the Al Amariyah district.

Overall, these four Marriott hotel openings reinforce Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading regional hospitality market.
