ALEPH HOSPITALITY AND HILTON ANNOUNCE TAPESTRY COLLECTION BY HILTON HOTEL IN DAMMAM

Aleph Hospitality has announced a new hospitality milestone after securing the Tapestry Collection by Hilton for Dammam. The upcoming 84-key hotel will be developed in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and owned by AREA Investment and Real Estate.

This signing represents Aleph Hospitality third Tapestry Collection by Hilton property under management within the kingdom hospitality landscape. Moreover, the agreement further reinforces Aleph Hospitality’s strategic partnership with Hilton while expanding its managed portfolio regionally.

Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotel will join Hilton Honors and deliver distinctive boutique hospitality experiences. Furthermore, the property will reflect the Tapestry Collection by Hilton ethos, celebrating cultural authenticity, individuality and deep connections to place. Meanwhile, the hotel will showcase vibrant design concepts and curated experiences inspired by Dammam’s evolving urban and cultural character. Additionally, the development is expected to attract lifestyle-focused travelers seeking locally rooted, yet globally supported hospitality offerings.

Regional tourism growth

AREA Investment and Real Estate views the franchise and management agreements as a milestone supporting long-term tourism investment growth. Additionally, the development underscores the company’s commitment to high-quality hospitality assets aligned with regional economic diversification objectives.

Moreover, the project supports Saudi Arabia’s broader tourism ambitions by strengthening upscale accommodation supply within the Eastern Province.
