Over the past years, Worldchefs has partnered with Nestlé Professional to teach children around the globe about the importance of healthy eating by hosting fun-filled workshops worldwide.
This year’s International Chefs Day 2021 campaign will once again promote the theme of Healthy Food for the Future.
To ensure a healthy life and planet for future generations, it is vital to start teaching children about the impact that the production and consumption of food has on the environment. It is for this reason that our theme for International Chefs Day this year is to remain focused on sustainability, the environment, and healthy eating habits.
According to Vanessa Marquis, chairman of the International Chefs Day Committee, children have been on a roller coaster this year. “Let us give them something to celebrate. Join me and chefs from around the globe on or around October 20th and host a fun and exciting event or create a short video to post on social media. Every child can benefit from this experience, and it is important to share the opportunity to learn and enjoy eating healthy food!”
