Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has confirmed continued Middle East expansion with new hotel openings planned for 2026.

Additionally, building on strong momentum achieved during 2025, the company continues strengthening its regional footprint through partnerships and development pipelines. Notably, in Saudi Arabia, Wyndham signed an agreement with Le Park Concord Company to introduce 100 Super 8 hotels. Furthermore, this long-term agreement supports Saudi Vision 2030.

Dimitris Manikis, Wyndham’s president EMEA, said it was seeing “incredible momentum” in the region.

Confirmed Middle East openings

Specifically, Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Al Sharia will further expand Wyndham’s presence within the United Arab Emirates capital. Similarly, Ramada by Wyndham Mekkah Al Jumaizah will strengthen the brand’s positioning within one of Saudi Arabia’s key pilgrimage destinations. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts continues to prioritize the Middle East as a strategic growth market through disciplined expansion initiatives.
