Industry Connect by Chef Middle East powers hospitality learning

Chef Middle East launched Industry Connect workshops at Epicure Studio, supporting hospitality learning, collaboration, operational development, and culinary innovation regionally.

Strengthening hospitality education

For years, Chef Middle East strengthened regional gastronomy education through partnerships, professional training initiatives, and collaborative hospitality development platforms consistently. Moreover, the company believes stronger hospitality industries emerge through accessible knowledge, meaningful collaboration opportunities, and continuous professional development for professionals.

Hands on workshops supporting operational excellence

These workshops unite chefs and hospitality specialists through practical sessions focused on culinary excellence, efficiency improvements, and operational performance strategies. The first workshop, Profit Reset, features Chef Georges Chihane discussing profitability through strategic menu structuring, ingredient utilization, and budgeting techniques. Additionally, future sessions will feature Chef Amine Hmani alongside specialists addressing menu innovation, bakery development, and business sustainability across hospitality.

Building stronger hospitality communities

The complimentary program offers limited seating, ensuring meaningful engagement, productive discussions, personalized learning experiences, and stronger professional networking opportunities regionally. Joanie Dall’anese explained Chef Middle East remains committed toward building capabilities, sharing expertise, and supporting hospitality professionals consistently regionally. Through Epicure Studio, Chef Middle East continues connecting international culinary standards with regional talent, encouraging innovation, education, and collaboration continuously. Consequently, the monthly Industry Connect series reflects Chef Middle East’s belief that collaborative hospitality communities create stronger regional industries collectively.
