Remodeled Bourj Al Hamam opens for business in Jordan

Unveiling a newly-decorated dining space, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts Jordan re-opens its Lebanese restaurant Bourj Al Hamam to the public. The modern design with its earthy colors and spacious setup was awarded to British interior architectural design studio ‘ara design’ and is more in keeping with the expectations of today’s guests. Offering its impeccable service and signature dishes, the new restaurant can now accommodate a group of 12 at its ‘private room’ with an additional capacity to host up to 185 guests at any given time.

The restaurant has also dedicated a new grab-and-go section where visitors are privy to purchase an assortment of organic products prepared by Jordanian women with the proceeds allocated to the ‘Promise Welfare Society’ to assists less fortunate Jordanians.
