Held on Monday, November 17th, the event featured renowned pastry chef Gianluca Fusto, owner of FUSTO Milano and ambassador for Elle & Vire Professionnel.
During the session, Fusto showcased his signature precision and ingredient-driven philosophy, guiding chefs through a tasting experience that highlighted creativity, balance and technical mastery. Born in Milan, Gianluca Fusto has built a career defined by exploration, refinement and a deep respect for the raw material. Often described as a contemporary alchemist, he is known for pairing textures, temperatures and minimalist aesthetics to create clean, expressive flavors.
