Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia returns in June 2026, driving investment, deal making and hospitality sector growth across the region.
Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia will return to Riyadh from 22 to 24 June 2026, at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah.
The summit brings together investors, developers, operators and policymakers at a defining moment for the kingdom’s rapidly expanding hospitality sector. Positioned as the kingdom’s leading investment platform, FHS connects capital with opportunity, reinforcing its role as major deal making forum.
The 2025 edition welcomed more than 1,100 industry leaders, generating over 1.6 billion dollars in business opportunities across hospitality ecosystem. Additionally, 254 investors attended FHS Saudi Arabia last year, collectively managing 5.61 trillion dollars in global investment assets worldwide. Moreover, the opening day focuses on recovery, resilience, and recalibrating growth strategies amid regional uncertainty and shifting hospitality dynamics.
Moreover, sessions include “From Recovery to Reset Rethinking Hospitality Development Economics and Building Through Uncertainty”, addressing evolving investment and risk models. Developers and operators will examine adapting investment structures, managing risk exposure and sustaining momentum in changing geopolitical environments globally. Under the theme “Where Opportunity Meets Capital”, the program spans real estate, technology, wellness, branded residences and FHS Start up Den. Furthermore, curated investor sessions and networking opportunities convert dialogue into transactions, strengthening partnerships between global and regional hospitality stakeholders. The Investor Lounge facilitates project presentations, capital matching, and strategic partnerships, serving as gateway for international capital entering Saudi Arabia.
Jonathan Worsley, chairman of The Bench, said, “Moments of uncertainty often define next phase of growth for our industry. What we are witnessing across the region is recalibration, underpinned by resilience, adaptability, and long-term vision clarity. FHS Saudi Arabia will bring hospitality community together in Riyadh to align, recalibrate, and move forward confidently.”
