Ozgur Cireli,

Family travel is evolving fast. From wellness to adventure, discover the bold trends reshaping multi-generational, experience-driven holidays for unforgettable memories with Ozgur Cireli, general manager of Rixos Bab Al Bahr Rixos Bab Al Bahr.

What’s your bold vision for Rixos Bab Al Bahr as the ultimate family-focused resort over the next few years?

Rixos Bab Al Bahr enjoys a strong and positive reputation in the market; however, I want it to become the most preferred all-inclusive family resort. Over the next few years, my aim is to strategically redefine what a family-focused destination can offer by integrating every touchpoint harmoniously. From accommodation to dining, activities, wellness and entertainment, each element will consistently work together, ultimately delivering an unmatched, seamless guest experience for all visitors.

What’s the next big trend in family resorts that you’re eager to bring to Rixos Bab Al Bahr?

The next major trend in family resorts emphasizes highly curated, multi-generational and experience-driven programs, moving significantly beyond traditional kids’ clubs. At Rixos Bab Al Bahr, we are actively embracing this trend by developing innovative, wellness-focused and nature-inspired activities that foster meaningful family connections. Consequently, our goal is to continually enhance the program so every family member discovers something new, memorable and enriching during each visit. Additionally, we leverage Ras Al Khaimah’s unique landscape to create authentic, immersive experiences.

Multi-generational travel is on the rise. How is the resort adapting to meet everyone’s needs?

Multi-generational travel is growing rapidly, and consequently, being an ultra-all-inclusive resort provides families value when traveling together simultaneously. Rixos Bab Al Bahr has long been designed with every generation in mind. By creating thoughtful, dedicated spaces and experiences for each age group, we ensure every family member feels valued and experiences true enjoyment.

What role will wellness, adventure and entertainment play in shaping the perfect family getaway?

Wellness, adventure and entertainment are no longer separate elements of a holiday; therefore, they are now part of a curated journey. Today, guests visit the destination as much as the resort, so we embrace Ras Al Khaimah’s adventure hub role enthusiastically. Consequently, we offer families new experiences in nature, whether on the water, in the desert or amidst scenic mountain landscapes. Within the resort, wellness remains equally important, as guests desire time to recharge. Additionally, our diverse entertainment program complements these offerings. Together, these three elements allow each generation to discover its own sense of joy while sharing one memorable, meaningful holiday story.
