TV5MONDE unveils a brand-new identity and enhanced hotel-ready services across the region.

Available in more than 200 countries and territories, the network broadcasts movies, series, documentaries, international news, and cultural programs worldwide. These programs originate from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Quebec and Monaco, reflecting the richness and diversity of francophone culture globally.

Strong regional positioning in the Arab world

In the Arab world, TV5MONDE Maghreb Orient offers regionally selected programming with Arabic subtitles and remains free to air regionally. Meanwhile, the TV5MONDE network comprises eight regional channels, two thematic channels, three FAST channels, and the TV5MONDE+ platform globally available. As part of this evolution, TV5MONDE has refreshed its brand identity while significantly strengthening its offering for hotels worldwide today. “TV5MONDE has unveiled a modern new look and enhanced hotel services, while Maghreb Orient remains free-to-air regionally,” said Ingrid Gressier. She noted that general-interest programming with Arabic subtitles makes the channel a valuable addition to hotel lineups across regional properties.

Additionally, the TV5MONDE+ app installs easily on Smart TVs, Apple devices, and Android devices used by hotels worldwide today seamlessly. The upgraded platform combines live channels, catch-up television, and video-on-demand, allowing guests familiar viewing experiences in-room across international hotel environments. TV5MONDE+ offers over 7,000 hours of on-demand content including films, series, documentaries, youth programmes and cultural shows for global audiences. Importantly, all content is subtitled in six languages, including Arabic and English, enhancing accessibility for international guests across hotel properties.

Wide availability across the Gulf and beyond

In the Gulf region, TV5MONDE Maghreb Orient is available via Arabsat and Nilesat at no cost to regional hospitality operators. In the UAE, the channel is also available through e& and du platforms serving hotels apartments airlines cruise guests regionally.
