Venture Group launches fifth cluster in Lebanon

The fifth cluster by Venture Group will be an all-year-round destination in Beit Mery, and is slated to open within 18 months as revealed Rabih Saba, managing partner at the company to Hospitality News ME. The name of the development is not announced yet.

Built on a 5,000 square meter land plot, the project will feature 14 premium F&B concepts, an anchor concept, the gourmet version of Le Charcutier chain of supermarkets, as well as the biggest climbing wall in Lebanon as part of the kids entertainment offering. It is expected to create 500 direct job opportunities

The development will stretch over a 200 meter facade on the main road which will give tenants exposure. The total investment in the project is USD 12 million, and the tenants will deploy another USD 8 million in fit-out investment.

The development is in collaboration with businessmen Joseph Aoun and Charbel Mitri, the architect is Tarek Zeidan, and the contractors are Building Construction sarl Ghassan and Walid Haidamous.

“Our cooperation is based on a Development & Management Agreement comprising the two-year development of the project in addition to 10-years management agreement by Venture Group,” Saba said.

Four other cluster projects are in the pipeline, as revealed Saba, and will be announced at a later stage.
