Radisson Hotel Group is continuing its strong expansion as one of the fastest growing brands in KSA despite the challenges due to COVID-19.

It brings the group’s presence to 14 hotels in the UAE and 77 properties in operation and under development across the Middle East.

Planned openings include seven premium lifestyle Radisson Collection hotels and resorts in key cities such as Riyadh.

Radisson Hotel Group’s expansion plan aims to double the portfolio in operation by 2025, recognizing the attractive model of either combining both hotel and serviced apartments in one development or as a standalone operation.

The group has recently announced 15 new hotel signings across EMEA in Q2 2020, six of which fall within the Middle East and Africa region.

The project will bring 389 rooms and suites. It will also feature five food and drink outlets, as well as a gym, a spa, and pools. The hotel will also be home to three meeting rooms.

This action will remove 57 million miniature amenities from circulation, avoiding the use of almost 500 tons of plastic annually.

The hotel will consist of 471 keys across various room types including serviced apartments and villas to cater to guests seeking for long stay units.
