ADDMIND gears up to launch its latest concept in Dubai

Babylon, a luxury dining pub venue, is slated to open in DIFC in December 2022. The concept, delivered by the renowned ADDMIND group, blends entertainment, sophisticated interiors and exceptional food.

Within the vibrant interiors of Babylon, guests can enjoy avant-garde cocktails, a fine-dining menu and extravagant live music.

Tony Habre, CEO and founder of ADDMIND, said: “We are incredibly excited to be curating this unique experience for Dubai’s residents and visitors. What we created with Babylon is an authentic sensory and taste experience, where guests feel welcomed to celebrate life through gourmet cosmopolitan cuisine, unrivaled mixology, never-seen-before experiential live shows and the finest hospitality”.

Babylon’s aesthetic design takes inspiration from the decadence of the famous ancient city, with the interior landscape having been created by world-famous interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán. Drawing on his signature use of structure, shape and an acute sense of space, Rosa-Violán has created an immersive chiaroscuro atmosphere, with beautiful ornaments, unique patterns and luxurious materials. The bespoke interior design incorporates a rich color palette, with a burgundy hue and bold floral patterns. Striking fabrics, eye-catching textures, rich foliage, the tasteful use of marble and intricate lighting create a setting that is eccentric and sultry yet inviting.

Explaining Babylon’s culinary offering, executive chef Carlos De Los Mozos said: “We have worked incredibly hard to deliver something really special here at Babylon, offering a truly distinctive combination of ingredients to create a revisited neo-classical cuisine, combining classicism, heritage and modernity.”

Complementing the exquisite cuisine, Babylon’s mixology follows the seasons, playing with the four elements – earth, air, fire and water. A masterfully curated selection of sweet, sour and sharp flavors promises a spectacular journey for the palate.

From an intimate dinner with friends and family or an after party that extends into the early hours, guests of Babylon can savor the delights of this intimate spot.
