The Parisian concept Barfly by Buddha-Bar opens in Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Dubai’s nightlife scene has a new address with Barfly by Buddha-Bar, the city’s latest rooftop hot spot at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.

With mystic interiors, an expertly created menu and an enigmatic atmosphere, guests are immersed in the Barfly experience.

Launched in Paris in 1995, Barfly was inspired by Charles Bukowski. For years, the restaurant and lounge, a celebrity favorite, has been redefining nightlife worldwide and now is set to take Palm Jumeirah by storm.

At the entrance, a sculpture of the Goddess of Victory sets the tone for the rest of the venue’s interiors. The neo-baroque design evokes an unmistakable feeling of seclusion and inimitability, encompassing deep reds and purples, juxtaposed with vivid nature-inspired hues and finished off with brilliant golds. The new space boasts spectacular panoramic views of the lauded Palm Jumeirah, adding to the exclusive and upscale indulgences that Barfly has to offer.

The menu offers a delectable selection of international dishes with Asian flair. A rich selection of starters is available, including bao buns, Barfly rolls and more. As for the main course, guests can enjoy the delicious flavors of octopus parrillero, baked Canadian lobster, succulent usda beef tenderloin and Barfly sakana pot. Desserts such as Japanese lemon tart, mochi, choco lava cake and hazelnut puck round off the perfect meal.

The cocktail menu also complements the extensive menu, with extraordinary concoctions skillfully blended with the finest ingredients to achieve a perfect balance of flavors and presentation.

Commenting on the new opening, Nabil Souhail, Buddha-Bar Group’s vice president of business development and operations for the Middle East, Africa, Asia and USA, said,: “We are extremely excited about our new venture in Dubai. Besides our already well-established outlets across the UAE, this is our first expansion at the Palm Jumeirah islands. Our aim is to maintain the legacy of Barfly and introduce it as premier seclusion by recreating its memories and celebrating the past of its celebrity hangouts.”

Barfly by Buddha-Bar is expected to be the city’s most coveted venue.
