Alcohol-free sparkling wine French Bloom debuts in the Middle East

Launched at the end of 2021, French Bloom has managed to position itself as a market leader in the super premium 0.0 percent alcohol sparkling wine category.

Made from a blend of organic wines from France, the brand’s sparkling wines have gone through a manual dealcoholizing process to keep the integrity of flavors while remaining completely organic, resulting in a 0.0 percent alcohol content drink. Other natural and organic ingredients, such as lemon juice, are added to ensure its aromatic balance and length, which results in an elegant and tasteful alcohol-free French sparkling wine, with an elevated flavor-architecture.

After several years of research and development, under the watchful eye of Carl Héline, former head of Champagne Krug USA and France, and Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, founder of Champagne Frerejean Freres, French Bloom has achieved the nuance and aromatic complexity with its two cuvees:  French Bloom Blanc and French Bloom Rosé.

Created and bottled in the Southwest of France, the brand’s sparkling wines are not only organic but also vegan and halal certified, with no-added sugar and without sulphites or preservatives, making them the ideal for those who prefer to be a part of the celebration without sacrificing their well-being. The brand aims to revolutionize the culture of gatherings and show that special occasions can be both inviting and limitless.

Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger, co-founder of French Bloom, stated: “We have seen an incredible response to French Bloom to date, and with our expansion into more than 18 countries in just one year, it is clear that the zero-alcohol revolution is here to stay. We are thrilled to be entering the Middle East market through another female-led business DrinkDry, the UAE’s first premium non-alcoholic drinks marketplace, and we look forward to seeing French Bloom becoming a key part of the region’s celebratory events and more.”

In just over a year, French Bloom has grown significantly, with a super selective and premium distribution strategy. French Bloom can be found at the very best addresses around the world, including Le Ritz-Paris, Annabel’s London, The Carlyle NYC, The Beverly Hills Hotel, Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez and elsewhere.

Elected by a panel of experts in blind tasting as the “World’s Best Alcohol-Free Sparkling” in the renowned 2022 World’s Best Sparkling Awards, distribution is speeding up as the brand enters the Middle East market. Recently selected as the official non-alcoholic wine for the Michelin Guide Dubai and Abu Dhabi, French Bloom has made a strong impact from the get-go.
