Regent Riyadh and InterContinental Riyadh opening in KAFD in 2027

Set to open in January 2027, Regent Riyadh KAFD and InterContinental Riyadh KAFD will add to IHG’s luxury portfolio in the new financial district of the Saudi capital.

Regent Riyadh KAFD

 Regent Riyadh KAFD will mark IHG’s inaugural Regent property in Riyadh, promising unparalleled experiences. Furthermore, the 250-key hotel will feature a signature restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a tea lounge and two cafes. Moreover, beyond its culinary offerings, Regent Riyadh KAFD will also have a luxury fitness facility and a Regent Spa for guests.

Furthermore, the hotel will offer a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, VIP suites and bridal suites, catering to various event needs.

InterContinental Riyadh KAFD

InterContinental Riyadh KAFD will debut as a captivating haven, inviting guests into a world of fascination with unique perspectives. Furthermore, this hotel will serve as an indelible beacon of hospitality and cultural immersion, enriching the guest experience in Riyadh. Featuring 400 keys, the hotel will showcase five food and beverage outlets, including a signature offering and two specialty restaurants. Additionally, InterContinental Riyadh KAFD will have a lobby lounge, providing guests with a variety of dining and socializing options. Furthermore, the hotel will offer conferencing facilities, a fitness center, a spa, a swimming pool and an indoor recreation area. Conveniently, this indoor recreation area will be located within a retail business center, enhancing the hotel’s proximity to amenities.
