Olive oil house A L’OLIVIER is accelerating Middle Eastern expansion through Christophe Prud’homme’s Gourmet Consultancy.

Founded in Paris during 1822, A L’OLIVIER remains among France’s oldest gourmet houses, specializing in oils, vinegars and condiments. Furthermore, the gourmet house strengthened luxury positioning through globally launched caviar olive oil collections and innovative caviar mustard products. Today, A L’OLIVIER operates across 45 countries through extensive international networks connecting chefs, hospitality professionals and culinary institutions worldwide successfully.

Middle Eastern expansion

The strategic partnership supports increasing Middle Eastern demand for authentic Mediterranean products. Consequently, both companies aim to position olive oil beyond ingredients, highlighting emotional, cultural, nutritional and culinary significance throughout dining experiences regionally. The collaboration includes chef partnerships, hospitality activations, culinary showcases, immersive experiences and regional gastronomy development initiatives across markets internationally today.

Jean Pierre Jouve, CEO of A L’OLIVIER, said, “The Middle East represents a dynamic and inspiring market for fine gastronomy today. Our collaboration with Gourmet Consultancy allows us to share expertise directly with culinary professionals valuing creativity, quality and storytelling regionally.”

Christophe Prud’homme, founder of Gourmet Consultancy, explained, “This partnership goes beyond products because authenticity increasingly shapes regional gastronomy today. Olive oil defines structure, identity and emotion while bringing meaningful Mediterranean culinary philosophy throughout evolving regional dining experiences today.”

Mediterranean Diet Academy

A major partnership pillar involves launching the Mediterranean Diet Academy, promoting gastronomy, nutrition, culinary education and Mediterranean lifestyle awareness internationally today. The academy will organise masterclasses, professional training programs, culinary competitions and media content connecting gastronomy, health and cultural appreciation regionally today. Importantly, the collaboration aims to elevate culinary standards while encouraging stronger understanding of surrounding taste, authenticity, sourcing and product integrity regionally overall. The partnership also reflects accelerating regional interest surrounding premium Mediterranean gastronomy among consumers, restaurants, hotels and influential culinary professionals increasingly today.
