Duncan Fraser-Smith joins GLEE Hospitality Solutions as managing partner

Hospitality expert Duncan Fraser-Smith has been appointed managing partner of GLEE Hospitality Solutions. Having launched hundreds of successful and high-profile hospitality venues throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia, he brings over three decades of experience to the role. He also authored Create to Plate and is a regular keynote speaker, moderator and panelist at international hospitality trade and corporate conferences and events.

Fraser-Smith said: “Arriving back in the UAE after several years in Australia, my natural inclination was to jump back into the F&B consulting field. Having known Aboudi [Abdul Kader Saadi] for many years, when he first approached me about the idea of taking control of the business and steering it to the next level, it seemed like the perfect fit. I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish at GLEE as we grow both the business and the team.”
Commenting on the appointment, the founder of GLEE Hospitality Solutions, Abdula Kader Saadi, said: “It’s great to have someone of Fraser’s background, caliber and reputation joining the GLEE team. With his approach to developing exceptional concepts and his history of execution I look forward to seeing what the business produces into the future.”
GLEE Hospitality Solutions, established in 2010 and headquartered in Dubai, has evolved over the years to become one of the leading restaurant consultancy and F&B management solutions company across the region.
