IHG has signed a franchise agreement for its second Vignette Collection hotel in Dubai in partnership with The Heart of Europe, a self-sustaining holiday destination across six islands with opulent properties and top-tier amenities. This constitutes a flagship project by the Kleindienst Group.

Set to open in January 2026, Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection The World Islands Dubai is set to mark a significant milestone for The Heart of Europe and solidify IHG’s presence within The World Islands – an archipelago of manmade islands located off the coast of Dubai. Once complete, Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection The World Islands Dubai will feature 150 rooms. The property will seamlessly merge exclusivity with community and locality, boasting a unique Andalusian-inspired design with contemporary architecture. Furthermore, Vignette Collection allows independent hotels keep their identity and benefit from IHG’s global luxury and lifestyle expertise.

Haitham Mattar, IHG’s managing director for India, the Middle East and Africa, said: “We are excited to partner with The Heart of Europe. Bringing the second Vignette Collection resort to Dubai, is a testament to IHG’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for guests. Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection The World Islands Dubai promises to offer guests a remarkable and distinctive stay. Thus, drawing inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of Dubai.
