With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality around the globe, Ksenia Novikova has been appointed hotel manager of Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait. 

Her vibrant, dynamic approach has helped her excel in the industry. She has won numerous awards during her tenure at some of the most respected five-star hotels and resorts across the United States, China, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Novikova said: “Being a good leader requires a mix of EQ, IQ, leadership skills and results. I believe confidence is the key to success, and success is connected with action, so I’m always on the move in body and mind: never giving up, finding solutions to any issues that arise, being present with my team and sharing what I learn along the way with others.”

Rita Ghantous is a hospitality aficionado and a passionate writer with over 9 years’ experience in journalism and 5 years experience in the hospitality sector. She is currently the Publications Executive of Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler.
