Rotana has marked the soft opening of Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana, Doha, in Qatar.

The new Rotana property introduces Rotana’s modern-design Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts brand to the Doha market. Moreover, the opening adds 185 keys to Rotana’s extensive portfolio across the MENAT region. Furthermore, it increases Rayhaan’s key count to 2,265 keys currently in operation.

Philip Barnes, Rotana’s CEO, expressed his enthusiasm by saying: “The opening of Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Doha marks a significant milestone for our ambitious growth strategy. Furthermore, the new offering caters to guests’ evolving travel preferences and introduces the Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts brand to a new market. As we pursue our expansion strategy, we are excited about the opportunity to broaden our range of offerings in the city.”

The four-star property is located on Salwa Road in Doha. It offers 185 rooms, including 129 standard and 56 suites, ranging from junior to four-bedroom, ensuring diverse accommodation options. Each room is carefully furnished with contemporary amenities, ensuring a blend of comfort and modernity for an unparalleled stay.

Home to four unique dining outlets, every taste and occasion is catered for at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana. Guests can choose from international and Mediterranean cuisine at Salvia restaurant. Furthermore, clients can enjoy light bites at Aroma Lobby Lounge; indulge in tapas, snacks, and desserts at Aquarius Pool Café. They can also opt for a laid-back social occasion with fine beverages at Al Majles Lounge.

Additionally, guests can relax at the spa, enjoy the pool and work out in the fully equipped gym. Furthermore, the property includes three meeting rooms that offer flexible set-up options and can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Rotana’s portfolio currently spans 19,761 keys and six superlative brands, including an impressive 1,293 keys across five hotels in Qatar. The group’s expansion goal is to open 30 new hotels by 2026.
