With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the F&B industry, specifically in independent operations, Silva takes charge of engaging with the team to innovate and develop new F&B concepts, maintaining Rotana’s position as one of the leading hotel groups in the region.
A seasoned F&B professional, with 18 years of experience in the industry, Silva boasts an extensive list of credentials including corporate F&B roles at internationally renowned hospitality groups including Hilton Hotels and Marriott International. Most recently, he served as director of food and beverage at Grosvenor House and previously at the Waldorf Astoria. A Portuguese national, Silva also held positions at leading hospitality groups in the United Kingdom and Portugal.
