TAMADA set to open in Dubai

TAMADA set to open at the end of December in Dubai

Ennismore and 7 Management will be launching TAMADA at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences by December 2023, offering a unique dining experience.

The new restaurant will showcase Eastern European cuisine with a twist. Moreover, it is located on the 74th floor of the spectacular SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences in Downtown Dubai.

TAMADA will unite visual brilliance, culinary excellence, and an unparalleled ambience. Furthermore, we carefully crafted the concept to resonate with Dubai’s citizens’ diverse palate and showcase the cultural vibrancy and richness of the cuisine to an international audience.

TAMADA’s identity is derived from the Georgian word meaning ‘a toastmaster of the feast.’ Additionally, it embodies life’s vibrant celebration, the art of toasting, and the pure joy found in every moment—grand or intimate. Furthermore, the restaurant will bring something unique to one of Dubai’s most vibrant districts and offer incredible views of the shimmering Dubai Creek.

The visionary behind TAMADA is Laleh Amir Assefi. Renowned globally as an architect and designer, she adeptly balances Western modernity with Eastern traditions. Drawing inspiration from Persian art, her designs consequently offer a mystical journey beyond borders. Furthermore, her recent accomplishments, including Maison Revka Paris and London, and Club Chinois in Ibiza, solidify this design philosophy.

Created by 7 Management in collaboration with Ennismore, TAMADA comes to life through the expertise of the SLS Dubai team.

Rabih Fakhreddine, CEO and founder of 7 Management, expressed, “Stepping into TAMADA is like embarking on an enchanting odyssey. This journey plunges you deep into the heart of a genuine cultural experience. As you explore, communal dining artfully blends with an enigmatic lifestyle—an uncharted territory for many. Importantly, TAMADA’s vivacity finds its roots in a rich tapestry of generational and cultural coexistence. This manifests itself eloquently through our gastronomy, wine, and melodic symphonies.”
