As for United Hospitality Management (UHM), the company excels in global hospitality concepts, focusing on the Middle East. UHM manages hotels, resorts, branded residences and vacation homes, with a portfolio of almost 3,000 rooms, including industry-leading brands. UHM’s agile, owner and customer-centric model, backed by an experienced team, emphasizes innovation and adaptability to guests’ needs.

UHM owns the award-winning Serenity Spa, present in Europe, and is set to open its first Middle East location in January 2024. Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort and Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait mark UHM’s start in the Middle East, with more planned signings ahead.
